PoE 3.23 Affliction Marauder, Shadow, Templar, Witch builds without Mageblood

A 100% MoM character has been possible for the past couple league in standard but I couldn't afford it (double PC rings, weapon trees). Now with the MoM from TWWT, it's much easier to achieve 100%. I don't know if this is documented anywhere, but it definitely isn't on the Wiki.~~ TLDR (edit): This is why you shouldn't over complicate things. The ICD is locking out the damage tracker also, which is why RZoF needs to do anywhere from 50%-99% of damage, because it will cause the two FRs to ping-pong.

This is my league starter Necro build for Affliction. I've been playing pretty much exclusively minion builds since Delve league. I've put together successfully, almost every SRS variation out there (I'm sure there's more variations that I haven't thought of, but every conversions at least - Fire/cold/light/chaos/phys/pop).
