Whatever damage RF lost due to the gem scaling change, you get back using +6 max fire res charms, dual wielding scepters, and not needing to take maxres nodes on the skill tree. Also: ignite prolif implicit on gloves is op as shit. This build is pretty nice in simulacrums and ultimatums, which is what I built it for.
