PoE 3.23 Affliction Marauder, Shadow, Templar, Witch builds without Mageblood

A 100% MoM character has been possible for the past couple league in standard but I couldn't afford it (double PC rings, weapon trees). Now with the MoM from TWWT, it's much easier to achieve 100%. Goal: Have 2 Forbidden Rites that chain off of each other using 2 CWDT and a Falling Zombie. &x200B; TLDR: ~~I believe when CWDT attempts to trigger a spell that cannot be triggered due to the ICD of CWDT, the damage for that spell gets set to 50% of the required damage of the CWDT. SHOCK EFFECT I've tested shock effect vs Uber Pinnacle Bosses. It ranges from 35% to 42%. The boss died before it got higher I guess lol. The test was conducted using my rare crafted stygian vise belt, not HH.

EDIT 1: Prismatic burst doesn't work on spells, so ignore any mention of it. The Build The endgame setup should look like this: You max out on your Scorching Ray totems and then add as much Searing bond bois as you can alongside them without replacing the Scorching ray totems. The reason for this is because every additional totem active adds 5% mroe damage to everything and since searing bond comes with +3 to additional totems and we can add multiple totems on top of it they are the perfect choice in a build that relies on DoT damage which simultaneously buffs them.
