Greetings RF friends,

Since 3.23, many people have been turned off or discarding the newest RF change. I have come to bring great news that RF is now at the strongest state than it ever was.

This is a balanced approach, inspired by captainlance's ivory RF ascendant build, we abuse Chieftain's Ngamahu ascendancy and the new Adorned jewel as much as possible, resulting in massive STR, ES and Fire dot multi.

We are also able to run Grace as our defensive one-stop aura. With 27k es and 54% dodge chance, it is impossible to be one shot by anything in the game. On top of that, Armour & ES Mastery that recovers 5% of our ES over 1 second upon taking physical damage hit is extremely powerful, each physical hit creates a separate instance of 5% es regen, allowing our ES to heal back up to full in an instant, as showcased in my simulacrum run here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=veffzdlhYwQ (shameless plug)

As for gearing, I very much recommend a Helical Ring over a synthesized 6% strength ring, it may be more difficult to craft but the extra damage is very much worth it. A Focus Amulet base is also on par with simplex while being significantly cheaper so don't turn your eyes away from it.

I have leveled both Chief & Ascendant to 100 with this same RF build, so to compare, I'd 100% recommend Chief every day. Chief has almost no issue gearing for league start, nor for endgame, too flexible even. Ascendant has weakness against cold & lightning that is very difficult to fix without both Mageblood & mirror tier gears, it also cannot run Grace which is a huge survivability loss.
