PoE League Starter builds with custom stat filters

For anyone who wants a more hipster build that isn't DD, seismic, EA, RF, or any of the other really strong meta builds but also doesn't want some straight garbage, I present to you my 3.18 HCSSF league start. This build is designed for the HCSSF environment. I have no idea how it is in SC trade. Probably worse because it's not as zoomy and has too much invested in defenses. PROGRESSION NOTES: CAMPAIGN As of 3.17 I'm recommending you level primarily with Explosive Arrow ballistas after your first Labyrinth.
