Overview

[3.17] Cold Conversion Summoner (~Low Budget) is a Path of Exile Necromancer build by Henrik Swanström, made for the Archnemesis league (3.17). It is centered on Raise Spectre and plays as a intelligence, spell, minion, duration archetype. In Path of Building it reaches 47.43M DPS with 141.59K effective HP, 3.94K life, 225 energy shield. Suited for: Simulacrum. Key uniques include Triad Grip, Victario's Charity, Maloney's Mechanism, Skin of the Lords, The Hungry Loop.

Showcasing the new 3.17 version of my build which comes with alot of changes. This is still a pretty low budget version since I league started 4 days ago after skipping the initial league start.

The gear used in this video cost ~3 ex in total except for the minion helm. I bought the minion helm today and is mainly there to boost the support minions (Spectres and Zombies). The main damage dealers are Skeletons and Carrion Golems who're in the chest so even without a 15 ex helm, the dps is still very high.

The biggest changes from 3.16 is changes to the AG as I run a double explodey (Inpulsa + Legacy of Fury) setup with 280% increased AoE to massively boost clearspeed.

In these 4 days I've cleared all content except for Simulacrum which I haven't tried yet (And I know I wont be able to do). The Feared was done deathless when my gear was worth 3 ex. (Though my Animate Guardian was literally worth more than me as his gear cost 4 ex)
