Hello! This is an update of my version of the Cold Dot Occultist with Vortex and Vaal Cold Snap.

This is a strong league starter that can deal a good amount of damage in a budget geat set. It is not a super fast mapper but it's a very good bosser while maintaining a decent speed for mapping. DoT build like this are hard to scale in the very endgame but you should be able to reach easily 4-5m dps which should be enough for most of the endgame content.

In this guide, you can find an endgame life version and an endgame low life version of the build. I've also included leveling tree and gems to help you kickstart the league.
