PoE League Starter, Critical builds

Hello there, I did a theory craft on Power Charge Flicker Strike with the new Crucible Node that allows us to spend Power Charges instead of Frenzy Charges to reset Flicker Strikes cooldown. My inital plan was to go with Assassin and go with Lightning Damage since it works so well with Power Charges, but then I realized that Flicker Strike actually scales with Frenzy Charges aswell and Power Charges are really only needed for our uptime. I'm not sure what I am doing here. But I have some thoughts: Gearing: - This is aimed at an SSF leaguestart. I am sure that you could pick up some very useful uniques in trade that would help numbers go BRR (ie Mings Heart, Covenant, Asenath's Gentle Touch). - I literally yoinked all the gear from people who built this on Occultist and Trickster on POE Ninja. Also I straight up copied items with very few changes from Ziz's TR Pathfinder because I wanted Armour/Evasion bases and was too lazy - I think I can get Dark Temptation cards from Delve chests to farm up an Obliteration

I would love to have some input on this build. It seems pretty damn solid for what's invested and a bit unorthodox. If EC was a well designed skill then the interesting aspect (flask usage) would be extremely beneficial to the skill. As it is, this is not the case. &x200B; This isn't going to be a math heavy post, but long story short, you can only regenerate so many flask charges, and that number is way lower than what you need to constantly use sapphire/topaz flasks outside pure mapping. After discovering and falling in love with CWDT-scions last league, and seeing the incoming nerfs, I decided to league start a CWDT build to see how far i'd get. Eventhough ward/jewels have been changed, I managed to get it started, with 4 flasks, for about 600c in the first week (those base jewels with flask charges are amazing!). Yo fellas, lets talk about Cold BV and using the new Ring Anathema. I leaguestarted right away with this Build as I saw the last line on the "Asphyxia's Wrath" Quiver and "Anathema" the new Curse Ring which sets your Curse Limit at your Maximum Power Charges. The last line says "Hexes transfer to all enemies in a range of 30 when hexed enemies dies".
