Budget Hitless Sanctum Assassin Specialist

Been racking my brain for a solution to hitless run sanctums that is affordable and reliably strong. After a few failed attempts I have landed on this character which I believes accomplishes this exact thing. Hopefully this can allow regular players without a mageblood drop their own original sin with this relatively cheap gear setup. Plan is simple, get a skill that can clear off screens like icicle mines when you have enough proj speed and chain range, then add in wall bounce via ulamans gaze searching eye jewels to allow us to pick an ascendancy that actually scales damage instead of deadeye because its needed for the chain node.
