Blade Vortex POE 3.21 League Starter Build Guide - Week 2 Crucible League Update - Abusing Scorch

There's a new combo in town, and it's boosting the single target damage of my Cold Blade Vortex Occultist to an absurd degree (pun not intended, but not avoided either).

I'm talking about Heatshiver and the new Crucible Node that lets us apply Scorch. Together, they create a positive feedback loop that synergizes incredibly well with the rest of the build, and in this video I'll explain how it works, and how to make the most of it.
