【One Div Exile】Ep.3 shows you how to Flick on a budget! Terminus EST is one of the most popular wep for Flicker builds due to consistent Frenzy sustain. This build scales on Crit and Phys Impale so that you can deal some really nice DPS. With Raider, you still will feel FastAF even with a 2H wep! Anyway, for new players or those who wanna try out Flicker Strike, this budget set up can help you kickstart the build! :)

• More speed, more frenzy, more DPS
• Easier to scale with raider compare to other ascendancies

【How this build works?】

• Terminus EST (Budget and efficient)
• Scale more on Crit for consistent "Gain Frenzy on Crit" (From Terminus)
• Defense layer is Armor, Spell suppression & High Leech
• Extra bossing DPS (5/6L Ancestral Warchief) *U may swap to other helm if u feel squishy with Abyssus(but it gives a huge tons of DPS)

// Conclusion //

• Overall, this flicker build is pretty stable for its budget. With Terminus and enough Crit chance, you can have consistent "flicking" uptime. DPS and Speed is quite decent up until T16 as well. For further upgrades, you can either stick to Terminus and scale more DPS with jewels/clusters. Anyway, for those who wanna try out flicker, this build is quite easy and cheap to make! Cheers.
