PoE League Starter builds with custom stat filters

If EC was a well designed skill then the interesting aspect (flask usage) would be extremely beneficial to the skill. So after a bit of messing around, I might have come up with a phys Flicker Strike Slayer that looks like it's SSF viable for a league start. Parameters: 900k+ boss DPS assuming maximum Rage, Pride effect and totems, but no Berserk or Vaal Haste (goes up to 1.5m burst DPS if so). Hey guys, recently thought about what to league start and somehow ended up with a scion. I noticed that scion builds have an easy time picking up Soul of Steel and Revenge of the hunted+ mastery, Graceful assault+mastery and the champion of the cause and charisma wheels. Been playing the game for years at this point but never really tried to pull a build together of my own. Nothing is really catching my eye as a league starter outside of Absolution. Looking to get some feedback on the build I pulled together. I play SCSSF and think this should be a good starting point with super basic gear. Anything I am missing or mistakes I have made?

This is a build I'm planning to league start. It probably does and will suck. But I'd be happy for feedback on it anyway.
