Hello everyone, this is a heist-only build that requires a few uniques (but is league startable from a pconc PF base). We abuse lightning warp's interaction with movement speed to create LWs lasting anywhere from 60s to 120s+ (the time depends on LW cast distance from the char). This allows us to skip the "escape" portion of heist and spend the majority of our time looting.
