Hello all, My friends have been asking for my skelly mage build from 3.17 and I thought I'd share it here, there are a few differences/additions from what I've seen on other builds. Do note that all of the dps numbers shown in this default tree are without any DPS from items, the normal staff equipped is only done so to enable some values from the tree, and the rare armour was added to give a better idea of final health/armour/ES numbers with mediocre gear. I think hitting 1m DPS with this build with budget bin/SSF items should be fairly painless after the buffs. Looking for suggestions on an Occultist Cold-BV league starter. Budget: low (Mostly spending for 2 strong prefixes on staff) If you've got suggestions on where to take it for min-maxing, that would also be great; I'm coming back after a couple of leagues so I'm \rusty\ - should I go powercharges with 2x Void Battery?
