I've updated my 3.17 levelling guide and this levelling progression will have more DPS and elemental resistance from the passive tree (Holy Dominion and Divine Judgement). It is also faster because I'm proccing Onslaught with Frost Bomb from Act 1. This will require starting Scion for the Onslaught gem but that will only add 2mins but will save so much time with the extra movement speed. I feel this is still one of the easiest build to level in Path of Exile, even after the nerf to reservation efficiency. In this video you will find snippet of gameplay from A1 all the way to finishing of A10 and even a short showcase of T5 map with delirium, contains all boss fights, showcase of gear, gem links and tree progression at almost every act.

The POB (3.19) has 11 different trees, 2 sets of gems, 3 sets of gears and detailed gem links and important information in Notes section, which I hope will answer any questions you have regarding levelling a Cold DOT Occultist.

This is done in SSF with 0 gear at the start to simulate leaguestart, it is good enough to jump straight into maps after Kitava and progress into whatever end game build you like. As I always go for low-life Cold DOT, this build is designed towards it and will require very little passive tree refund. I could also easily grab Zealot's Oath and Pain Attunement as well as some jewel sockets when I need them.

Disclaimer : The gears at Act5 are whatever I can find and use and most of them are the same one from Act10 so it's not something you want to have, you would want more ES, life, resistance, Cold DOT Multi (on amulet and wand) etc when you progress through the maps. But I think it does the job of showing you how good a league starter it is that you could go into yellow maps with bad gears like that.

What's next? I'll be league starting this and I aim to kill all Uber bosses this league so I'll put up build updates once every week or two. So stay tuned or take a look at my older videos for reference, but the tree is changed and there's new jewels and gems so I'll definitely have to build it slightly differently.
