With all the flak 3.19 got, i wanted to share my experience of it, from a casual, 5-15 hours per week point of view. Builds i played were quite meta, but with probably less effort put on them than average player. The gear does reflect it, but there are couple items i got very lucky, and happy with. Abyssus with PB, 2.5k hp pool, and 0 armor build that is actually tankier than any 6k hp Champion with 500k armor and fortify. Yup, you read that right. Slayer leech is insanely strong. Since I´ve seen more and more people wanting to play CoC I want to provide you guys with my own CoC I´m currently playing.I created this because my league start with SRS Necro was so unbelievably bad that only CoC was able to give me some redemption. Since i played the Occu version of this build the past 2 leagues i wanted to test out something new. The budget for this version should be no more than 20-25 div. Asenath's Gentle Touch is cheap AF this league and makes PBV insane ATM for farming T16s. Ming's Heart + chaos catalyst is crazy damage for phys poison builds. Obliteration is also pretty crazy. Arcanist Brand BFBB makes the build's bossing much more acceptable for dumb fights, and is a moderate investment gear swap. The tree is set up for fast shield charging + QoL things like big AoE for mapping, inc. skill duration, unleash seals, charge on kill, etc. Despite all of this it absolutely slaps damage-wise.
