PoE Hexblast, League Starter builds with custom stat filters

I'm a sucker for perma flasks and wanted to try hexblast mines (seems like it will be good for sanctum and league mechanic which is what I want to do) so I made a POB for it and it kinda looks good. - feel free to steal and modify if interested or provide feedback on why it isn't very good. Not a league starter but something to transition to day 4-5 pretty from poison exsanguinate/PC - You could make the swap at 85 if you really wanted to and had the reservation and flask cluster jewels, 91+ and it would start to feel a lot better. 6-7 mil DPS on a first week

So I've been playing selfcast Hexblast ignite as an Inquisitor for my league starts for quite some time now, and I decided to take it to endgame. Ended up going Occultist and converting Ignite damage to Chaos with Blackflame and about 15m Ignite DPS (100m total damage per ignite). The character is very tanky as it has 90% all res, maxblock and is CI with Incandescent Heart for Extra Ele damage mitigation. First off, let me get this out of the way. This isn't going to be a meta build, there's probably better selfcast builds than this too, and i'm sure mines will do better damage. I just hate mines and don't want to play it, and wanted to see what I can do with Archmage on leaguestart. Make sure you pick the right tree, gear set and skills (disable others) for whatever part of the build you're at, also change doom accordingly (30 is base) If you want to use Berek's Respite or Abberath's Hooves, make sure you're not using Ignite Proliferation or it breaks the chains.
