Hey guys, updating my 3.16 guide of Hexblast Ignite up to 3.19 in time for league starting Lake of Kalandra! 4 reworked uniques are very nice for this build to help starting. Singularity gives great damage, and even hinders enemies around you, Emperor's Vigilance is absolutely insane, caps our block before we go to staves and negates the downside of glancing blows. As to be expected, the Covenant and Dialla's are also very insane chests for this build, even a 5 link covenant is better than a normal 6 link. If you want to go more defensive, you can opt to path towards instinct and get spell suppression on gear later on and sacrifice some damage (mostly dropping cluster).
