Darkxellmc has updated his Hexblast Occultist guide for 3.18 is a Path of Exile Occultist build by destroyermaker, made for the Archnemesis league (3.17). For those who don't know him, he's behind one of the finest guides POE has ever seen (ED Trickster). Since ED is in the dumpster now, he's moved on to another chaos skill in Hexblast.

The guide was started in 3.17 but is only now (mostly) complete and optimized. It includes leveling trees, a reworked Pob, videos, and more. I believe the only major addition left to do is crafting guides.

Note it requires Blackflame, so it may not be a good idea if you're playing ssf (not sure how common it is in ritual).
