POE 3.23 Saboteur Hexblast Mines Build, 400M DPS, Mapper/Uber Bosser

Strong mapping and bossing build - Saboteur Hexblast Miner. 400M Pinnacle DPS, 100% crit, big AoE hits, freezing everything. Can do all Uber Bosses if u know mechanics and play carefully, amazing for sanctum, people run no-hit sanctums with Hexblast. 3.1k life, 12k evasion, immune to freeze, shock and ignite, nearby enemies are blinded and we take 15% reduced dmg from them, enemies near mines deal 10% reduced dmg, auto-targeting, freezing enemies. It's not very tanky, but can survive some hits (I missed few Uber Sirus hits and survived). Freezes help a lot to control mobs and map bosses. Always throw mines (even before you see any mobs, few steps - throw, repeat) and hold left mouse button (with detonate mines on it), so they will insta detonate when any monster will be in radius. Also be sure that u have enough free mana to be reserved for 20 mines on the ground, otherwise u will just stay and can't do anything if previous mines few screen away didn't detonate, because there were no mobs.

Budget: 79 div at the moment of recording (or 55 div without corrupted body), all prices in POB notes.
