PoE Hierophant, League Starter builds without Mageblood

First time making my own build and to be honest I have no clue if what I put together is a) playable and b) not complete dogpoop. Here is the PoB: Its very barebones. No Flasks, no uniques or special items, nothing ticked in config and the gems aren't filled out yet. It already has around 500k dps without using a second curse (allocated points in WoD just for reference) and without the vaal version. To me this seems pretty great but I have no clue if its actually playable. I am not set on hiero, just used it because I wanted to see what impact arcane surge

Hey all, Archmage has been stomped into the ground by GGG for a long time now, so here's a new twist/variant to it that I'm considering league-starting. Abyss Jewel Stacking Trinity Archmage. This is heavily based off of Jungroans Raider variant however with the nerfs to arcane surge it feels like you're almost obligated to take hierophant. After some amount of math, the current "less" damage needed to see the unatatched damage is ~28%. This is meant to counteract the "more" damage multiplier from attatched hits that arma brand has. That being said, the extra 2 hits in single target that we get in due to our cast speed -will- have that damage. So, when calculating DPS, get the damage of the 2 attatched brands by disabling the configuration. Call this "A" Then, get the damage of the 7 unattatched brands by enabling it. Ever since the Timeless Jewel Chainbreaker Keystone rework last league (Grants 1 Rage regenerated for every 25 Mana Regeneration per second) I've wanted to make a mana-regen stacking character that takes advantage of nearly permanent berserk. This seems too challenging with available sources of flat mana per second, so mana stacking was the way I chose. Berserk favors attacks so Mind of the Council was a no brainer. So i think i have finished my pob of the shock slinger. Gotta replace the 6 link arc with lightning conduit and add overcharge support to the 3 link arc but thats about it. i tried to be reasonable with the items since its a league starter but who knows what the actual prices of these will be. Guessing ashes of the stars might be a bit much like this league but we probably have other amulet options anyway. One other thing to note. According to a poe wiki or something i read that spellslinger always triggers helmet first so there shouldnt be a problem with lightning conduit trying to cast
