Stormbind kinda nukes bosses

Stormbind has always been an very unique, interesting and clunky skill. For the vast majority of its existence the clunkiness has killed is playability even though its actually quite strong damage wise. I chose to try and work around its awkwardness with a high cast speed character which scales into mana and indigon in order to making charging the runes for nuclear detonation in very quick succession. Ultimately this character was much stronger than I was expected and even in its very scuffed setup it has been able to take on ubers without too much trouble. I believe with a bit more practice and min-maxing this build could be quite solid on a reasonable budget. All this is really just some testing for a build I will be quite tempted to make new league especially with the new change to mind over matter opening up the possibility to use other body armour besides cloak of defiance.
