First time making my own build and to be honest I have no clue if what I put together is a) playable and b) not complete dogpoop.

Its very barebones. No Flasks, no uniques or special items, nothing ticked in config and the gems aren't filled out yet. It already has around 500k dps without using a second curse (allocated points in WoD just for reference) and without the vaal version. To me this seems pretty great but I have no clue if its actually playable.

I am not set on hiero, just used it because I wanted to see what impact arcane surge might have. If you have better ideas for the ascendancy let me know.
