This build looks like so much fun and tanky AF and definitely in no way is meta (so let's make this a new meta build for 3.20). This is not a league starter just to reiterate

Yes I know patch notes aren't out so I don't need to see a million comments about it; I was simply doing some buidl testing and this looks like it would be great to play as a second build after your league starter (I'll be playing this from about week 2 or 3 of league to change things up)

My apologies for the video quality as well; I am working remote so I wasn't able to get the right configs working to record at 1080p for this one.
