[POE 3.24] Hierophant Siege Ballista Dex Stacker - Full Build Guide

UPDATE 3.24: The build is still fine, the Sniper's mark nerf doesn't affect this build much.

The video is old but the leveling tree and gear progress still works the same especially for leaguestart.
