Ever since the Timeless Jewel Chainbreaker Keystone rework last league (Grants 1 Rage regenerated for every 25 Mana Regeneration per second) I've wanted to make a mana-regen stacking character that takes advantage of nearly permanent berserk. This seems too challenging with available sources of flat mana per second, so mana stacking was the way I chose. Berserk favors attacks so Mind of the Council was a no brainer. However, not being able to regenerate mana because of Chainbreaker makes it hard to sustain typical Mind over Matter defenses, so I instead decided to make use of the Hierophants Sanctuary of Thought Passive to use my mana to stack ES and attack with a Ephemeral Edge. Totems made sense to counteract the fluctuating rage availability that permanently running berserk sometimes has, matching again quite well with Hiero.

It turned out to be a pretty tanky character with currently over 8k ES, 75/75 Glancing block with %ES on block recovery and good regen and pretty good 5mil+ damage with plenty of room to go higher. The high uptime on berserk also serves as a great MS + Less damage Taken QOL. It was fun theory crafting this near league start and finding pretty GG items for the build that people were selling for decent prices since they are pretty off-meta!

I attached an alch + go map just to show how it plays--its a conc path build totem so its still a bit slow to map with, but it has pretty good single target and I am enjoying running it against metamorphs, harbys, and sanctum.
