A lot of shit uniques, ok mapping build, but no ubers, mb will have problems even with not uber bosses. During ruetoo's stream i tried to minmax low budget chieftain spark build. This is low budget build, but not ssf viable. It has a lot of cheap uniques. Result is not that bad.
