Hi,

as i fell in love with the combination of Mahuxotls Machination (MM) + Tempered by War + Master Surgeon back when it was introduced, i decided to min max this build as much as i could as my end of league project and to share it with my fellow exiles.

This build does not excel in anything but tankyness, but its a great allrounder while tasting near immortality.

Defensive Highlights (config = Uberboss, average):

- max hit phys/ele/chaos = 60k/271k/358k (100% uptime)
- max hit phys/ele/chaos = 76k/317k/358k (stationary) & 204k/393k/358k (immortal call, 51% uptime), even more max hit when frost shield is up (for example UMaven memory game etc)
- 4,366k life recovery per sec

- can tank UMaven memory game without using any guard skills etc

Youre also ailment, curse (mapping) & crit immun (mapping) while you can swap in stun immunity too but i dont think its relevant when you got almost 8k life

Against uber bosses we have 25 mio poison dps (since its poison we need to rampup our damage) with 4 overlaps, dot cap is possible when all projectiles overlap (fat bosses)

How does this build work?

We convert all cold & lightning damage we take to fire & chaos damage (50% to chaos with MM, 50% to fire with TbW), cap our max fire & max chaos resistance to 90%/89%, stack various scources of damage reduction (DG -> 40% less phys & chaos damage taken, ruby flask, progenesis etc).

Usually MM comes with the disadvantage, that life regeneration is disabled, so we would lack a reliable source of recovery. Master Surgeon solves this problem as "regeneration" from the life flask counts as recovery. furthermore we combine the permanent life flask with Replica Sorrow of the Divine to trigger Everlasting Sacrifice (5% all max res, MM), to solve our mana problems & to enable a divine blessing setup.

Gear:

The budget is yes (the 3 voices costs around 1,8 mirrors), since i have crafted/corrupted all items i dont have an exact number how many divines i have invested in it (but at least 2k divs). if you have any questions regarding the crafting process, just ask me ;).
My luckiest craft was the wand, as i didnt expect to hit t1 chaos dot multi and would have settled with t2, the hardest obstackle were the gloves as i failed 11 times to hit the fracture and 38! orbs of conflict (i hit 5 times in a row the mod, while it was already max tier, i almost lost my sanity here) to get max tier chaos dot multi.

There might be better item choices, buts thats what i went for.

Skill:

I went for Forbidden Rite (while any other poison vaible skill works) as it enables self hit mechanics for endurance charges and damage reduction through the pantheon. FR has a good coverage and good single target damage, so its a great allrounder while there might be the skills for clear or single target.

Things you should know:

- you need to press your life flask every 4,5 secs (in reality i press it more frequently, in maps almost everytime i cast FR, but never run out of flask charges)

- mechanics which disable life recovery (UMaven, sirus chaos paddles) are the most dangerous things for this build, especially when maven disables any recovery for 10s you cant even cast FR since your mana sustain is bound to your life flask recovery.

- you are awesome!

- the combination of MM & RSotD will make your ES to"rotate", so sometimes the divine blessing setup will not go through, while i never witnessed it to affect casting FR

- When you have never tried out the combination of MM + TbW + RSotD, i would strongly advice to do so, as its a pretty unique approach and has some cool (or annoying :D) gimmicks like the "jumping" ES. i had great fun every time i played this build & hope you will have a great time too!

- Never give in to insanity, stay save & sane (especially with this build)

- I advice you to get MM, DG, the Lethal Pride, a watchers with life covery from life flasks, a belt which caps your RsotD/ruby flask uptime and 2x a septic spells (to cap poison chance) cluster, before switching to this build. So its not expensive to get started and it feels good as long as your life recovery is at 2k.
