PoE Ranger, Cold, Legion builds without Kinetic Blast, Kinetic Blast of Clustering

My take on Elemental Hit of the Spectrum Deadeye Wander in an attempt of making it even comperable to bow analogue.

Just about done with the league so I thought I'd post my builds. Very happy with how all of them turned out, very fun league in general. Ice Spear Deadeye with White Wind/Battlemage pob: Single target: B Clear: B- Tankiness: B- Budget: A+ I knew I wanted to try this build as soon as I saw the Battlemage gem, since White Wind is one of my favorite uniques. WARNING: THIS BUILD IS MOST LIKELY BAIT but I'm stupid so I'm trying it, if you want good Heatshiver melee then Frost Blades Trickster is probably what you actually want. SC TRADE WARNING: I am 100% six portal pilled and this is not hc viable and probably not ssf friendly either It should be obvious to everyone, but beyond wild strike being in a bad spot for scaling it's in a worse spot to level with. I will be suffering because I like leveling with the skill I want to run. I'll be maybe leveling frost blades until wild strike feels competent, no I will not test this before league start. W

start frost blades or steel, rush precise tech and grab sword nodes if strike mastery isn't enough for clear try swapping multi for anc call level in swap: 3 wild strikes, vaal ice shot, ice shot, frost blades. wild strikes vendor for combat focus with 20 qual and the others are back up builds after clever thief it takes 11 points to switch to claws try to run: grace, hoi, war banner, lvl 1 precision after grabbing mana mastery: hatred instead of hoi after reservation shield, use saved mana for preci lvls and vitality if capped acc just buy highest pdps claw within budget with open suffix
