Fearless' Notes: The idea was to push tiers up to T2+, dramatically increase crit/phys, 6 explicits, reduce life/mana, then fracture 3. Of the most likely outcomes, I wanted to fracture any 3 of the most common 5.

The 3 phys prefixes are 42000/47601 of the prefix pool, so very high odds of getting at least two and in 3 of the 5 bows that pooped out of my graveyard I got all 3 prefixes I wanted.

The suffixes I wanted were just Crit Chance / Crit Multi, I would have kept a fracture of either, but its super important to get 6 explicits because the pool for suffixes is so much higher weighted.

IMPORTANT: I was aiming for T2+ of the phys prefixes, they are considerably easier to target. You still have very high odds of getting T1, on average you should expect T2/T2/T1 and the difference between T1/T1/T1 and T2/T2/T1 is not that significant
