This build will destroy sanctum and require literal shoestring budget to get off the ground.

Pros:

-No 6 link (league start viable)

-Can start mapping on shoestring gear

-Auto target with mines and chain

-Very safe to play with perma freeze and 6k+ life

-Off meta so is very cheap

-Uses lots of uniques -> can't go wrong with gearing

-Can do temporal bubble

-Little to no socket pressure

Cons:

-Is mine build so sometimes slow

-Gear can be expensive at league start but super cheap later

-Low ceiling of upgrade (no billion of dps, but still delete ubers)

-Low life build -> no light radius

-Uses dissolution of the flesh -> dot is dangerous
