This build should be pretty tanky as it has capped block/spellblock with glancing blows (with an optional tree if you prefer to go without glancing), around 15-20k armour, plenty of life+ES regen, and has the option to use Petrified Blood with overleech for even more sustain.

Damage might be a little lacking, but 1m DPS with mediocre gear should be a realistic goal after the buffs in 3.17. Do note that I do not have any DPS items equipped in the PoB

This build does not go the Fanaticism route, as I don't want to have to micromanage the uptime for it. Going full crit should be pretty solid anyways, and scales better, I'm pretty sure.
