Hey Exiles, This is Ryan Back with another league start guide on spectre necro. This time we have sacrificed a lot of damage to get loads of defense lairs and yet we are hitting close to 1m Shaper DPS on Poo-Poo Gear. We will eventually transition into a skele mage build within a week or so, which then we will max out to clear out new content challenges. I hope this build helps out all of you to get a smoother league start stay safe.!!
