Build Showcase: *Low Budget* [Deadeye] Soulthirst Tornado Shot Elemental

This video marks the first of its kind. Unlike every league prior, I am not using a meta build for 3.18's league start. I made the very questionable decision of starting with Tornado Shot despite being on a very low budget. By Day 3 of the league, I incorporated the Soulthirst strategy into the build. It is now Day 6, and the build has wildly exceeded my expectations given my current budget at the time of making this video. I felt I should definitely share it in detail. As far as I know, no one has every advertised using Tornado Shot in conjunction with Soulthirst especially as a low-budget league start strategy.
