Oh hi there.
Are you interested in trying something new? I mean, it's pretty old, but.
How about a skill so off-meta I couldn't find evidence of anyone having used it as a main skill since 2015 when it was introduced?
A skill that was further crippled in 3.16 (thanks Yoji), cementing its contention for the least-used skill in POE? (I've seen more basic attack builds kill Sirus than this one.)
Are you tired of clearing entire screens with one swing, preferring to feel the weight of each enemy's body as you deliver crippling blow after crippling blow one by one by one by one by one by one by one?
Are you looking for a build where using Resolute Technique and Tribal Fury/Ancestral Call/glove implicit still isn't enough to guarantee you'll hit a namelocked enemy?
For a build that underperforms every other attack build with the same gear?
For a build that uses stun as a crutch to achieve any semblance of normalcy -- except many bosses can't be stunned so it may be functionally useless outside of maps?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
3.18 may not have brought any meta shift, so it is up to us to shift it ourselves. Just not with this build.
If you're wondering why I sat on this until an hour before league start, I couldn't, in good conscience, release this build any earlier for fear that the boss kill event would be irreparably altered. So here we have a starter build that, for starters, is definitely not recommended for starters.
Easily achievable HCSSF league start friendly as shown here with skeleton gear -- no flasks, no uniques, just life/suppression and enough suffixes to cover attribute/resistance requirements. I also mocked up a crit-based version that hits 5-6M dps with Tidebreaker and Ashes and is still actually slightly beefier.
Stay safe, exile. And the best way to do that is to play a different build.
