PoE Withering Presence, Fire builds

If you only want the PoB, here it is: I've played several CoC builds over the years. This one is hands down the best I've played so far. Also the most expensive by a considerable margin, but I don't regret the currency spent. Back in Sentinal league I had a CoC forb rite occultist and used it to farm up my first mageblood. I'm not the greatest at making my own builds but I've taken a couple ideas and I'm trying to merge them together. For defence I feel that utilizing "While Stationary" effects sounds quite promising, that is why I have added Natural Affinity, and why I am also using Arctic Armour. When it comes to scaling damage, I am pretty lost.
