I wanted to play around with the new sacrifice gems numbers. So there is a lot to explain here on how I set it up. But this is a very early look. And honestly I'm not super happy with the actual result. Maybe you guys can have a look and see if there are some glaring holes.
What you care about. 472,484 Average hit. Average Burst 1.351,304. Awakened Spell cascade Gives 5 Casts of DD so if you have the corpses 1,351,304 x 5 = 6,756,502 damage per cast. Seal gain time is 0.66 so you end up with 0.38 casts per second.
2.567.477dps 100% of it chaos. Not the Actual Boss DPS
In reality your max corpses while bossing is 12 which makes actually calculating the dps sort of annoying because it's hard to know which hits will be repeats and which will be original casts because of the spell cascade + unleash interaction. But if we assume 3 repeats of 5 that's 15, we cull the last 2 off and go with 3 original hits and 9 repeats.
That gives us 1,417,452 Orig and 2,636,469 repeat. Per cast. Or 1,540,489DPS while bossing Which based on the gear cost is pretty worthless.
While Mapping the build performs better if you enjoy the playstyle. The subsequent monster deaths will allow you to trigger all 20 explosions. With 34 radius and Herald of Ash the clear should be quite nice. You don't have to wait for full seals either, I have played the Archmage variant a long time ago and you just cast when you need.
But the mapping burst works out to be 884,747 Per DD x 5 for cascade 4,423,735 per cast while mapping. Keep in mind I am running a double curse setup on Arcanist Brand so you probably wont be casting that on anything other than super tanky rares and bosses.
My goal was to have a fastish mapper with really high health. Both of these I feel like I failed on. 9k life feels low for a Rathpith build, the recovery and max hits are all pretty nice except for the Phys, but I feel like having 2.5kish recovery will help in that regard. No subsequent damage avoidance is problematic in todays PoE but i Feel like it would be playable in reds. It's slow as balls even shield charge wouldn't really save it. No life flask which i know some people arent comfortable running.
Not sure if it is even worth posting but I would love some feedback. I tried really hard to get the numbers right and not click anything deliberately misleading. Unnerve is from the eldritch glove mod. 1 Withered Stack from occultist. I suppose the longer the fight the more the withered works. So you could turn that up if you wanted.
