PoE Witch, Hex builds

I thought i was fairly capped for endgame content but I can't do past Wave 20 simul, uber atziri (oneshot by every ability...), ubers, Feared, and die once in a while in juiced t16s. Did a 80% deli but 100% is out of reach. Oneshot every 5 seconds in rank500 tota (lucky I'm finished with all tota challenges for the league). Any advice on where to go from here with 40~ divs? Original plan was Forbidden Rite but MBs are too expensive this league. Could I finish 40/40 with a BV, poison SRS, or similar? Doom is great fun and all but it can't do the content I enjoy d

Setting expectations No, this is not a new meta breaker and it's not supposed to be. The builds use inexpensive gear for the league start versions and should be decent at doing both ToTa and Sanctum. So I've been playing selfcast Hexblast ignite as an Inquisitor for my league starts for quite some time now, and I decided to take it to endgame. Ended up going Occultist and converting Ignite damage to Chaos with Blackflame and about 15m Ignite DPS (100m total damage per ignite). The character is very tanky as it has 90% all res, maxblock and is CI with Incandescent Heart for Extra Ele damage mitigation. 6 power charges, 6 curses, 99% reduced impending doom curse duration The impending doom rework this league is extremely fun, but most variants of the build are using curse-overwriting with Vixen's Entrapment and Cursed Ground / Spell Cascade for application. Impending doom is supposed to be triggered on curse expiration, but it also works on curse overwrite. This feels... unintended to me so I wanted to make an "ethical" version of the build.
