POE Occultist Impending Doom Build, 95M DPS, Mapper/Ubers

Insanely strong Occultist Impending Doom (Doom Blast) build, crit version with ~95M Pinnacle DPS, 3.6k life, 2.7k ES, Eldritch Battery, Mind over Matter, 21k Armour, can do all uber bosses. Good both for mapping and bossing, full screen clear with awak spell cascade, very good for blight-ravaged maps. Can survive some hits, but still bit squishy, so u need to be good at dodging boss mechanics. For mapping, mobs just don't have time to hit us, aoe is big. Tip: we can take caster mastery "25% more spell dmg if you have been stunned recently", so it's a lot of free dps on bosses if we take some hits. But for blighted maps 25% to open nearby chests is the best. Budget: around 100-110div (at the moment of recording video).
