I league started this build, pretty smooth mapper with occultist pops, a bit difficult to scale without sacrificing defence though. Advantage over PF posion version is explode and more aoe. PF version is more well rounded though.
Total budget for this is around 11d. Leveled with cold dot till cruel lab, then switched to Cursed Ground Impending Doom, until Vixens.
