im make this build just for farm invitation , can do all normal content (not enough for uber lv85) and sure it can min max much more ^^ POB lv100 : https://pastebin.com/Mijiqzse arcane surge lv1 for sure dps (because im use ring surge on hit ) if you like explode just swap arctic armour with herald of ash
