PoE Witch, Hex builds

First off, let me get this out of the way. This isn't going to be a meta build, there's probably better selfcast builds than this too, and i'm sure mines will do better damage. I just hate mines and don't want to play it, and wanted to see what I can do with Archmage on leaguestart. Also many of the more popular ways to scale hexblast involve some very expensive uniques, and since most traditional archmage items are relatively cheap (Ivory Tower <5c launch day). Let me preface this with two things. 1. This is an update to the build I posted 2 days ago. Although now I feel it is not just decent, but actually good. 2. I believe this build will have slightly better numbers in 3.20 since we are getting some pretty big buffs to curses but we are also losing base effects of curses, hexblast just has worse numbers for self cast and occultist is getting some minor nerfs. Tinkering around a bit with the build I managed to get over 2 million sirus dot dps with pretty low investment (pretty much all of it is used on blackflame). But honestly that works for me considering how shitty all the gear is + and the fact that is dot dps. Defensively the build is lacking, but I feel that the capped glancing blows + temporal chains as an aura makes it tolerable for softcore. The build is mainly centered around 2 things, blackflame and doomblast to trigger elemental overload. POB: I just started putting this together, COTB not an option here. Im having a hard time getting the correct colors on ES so I have swift affliction instead of Empower I know vortex scales really well with levels. Looking for some legit feedback on how I can improve. FYI not all utility gems are setup. TIA

I kinda made this build on my own, it kills 5/7 ubers (exarch too hard, awakener haven't tried). I have ralakesh's impatience in my inventory and double tap it to get max charges instantly in pinnacle boss fights, since the ramp is pretty painful otherwise. Once you get to max you sustain with pcoc though. I proc EE with an abyss jewel that adds a miniscule amount of lightning damage which triggers from impending doom/doom blast (source of cull as well) I mainly posted because i feel like i hit a wall on scaling it further, so im open to suggestions.
