PoE builds similar to Arc of Surging Assassin (50mil+ dmg per cast // HC endgame viable) [please do not nerf this]

My second build of the league based primarily on Jungroan's Arc Assassin build. The power charge stacker / ES stacking template that a lot of builds are using. I'm not sure what the next steps are from here besides levelling to fill out my cluster Jewel tree. Capping spell suppress with a charm is also in the works. A few people asked me for a POB for build I'm playing. Should note it's not mine (further down). It's far from optimised, but this is it. I need better charms for crit multi per power charge, unstable infusion, better chest and helmet, better jewels now I don't need as much res and str/dex. For what it is though I run 8 map mod legion in T16 jungle valleys, as many whisps as I can get. I can tank almost anything and the map mods have to be dicey af and a few things have to line up to one shot me. Most of the budget is MB for 150 Div when I got it and maybe another 25 Div for everything else

PoB: Pretty late in the league so this probably won't get much traction, but I wanted to post this anyways as this is one of the most fun builds I've ever played. I won't claim there's anything super unique here as the core is just a pretty bog-standard power charge stacker, but I am surprised at how relatively underused CSoP is cause this thing hits like a truck (albeit a smaller truck than Penance Brand I guess lol). This build aint cheap it needs around a 100ex to get going and you will need 200+ to make it "perfect". Still a lot less then a mageblood A few words to this build: No explosion or freeze via helmet, we have too much dps. With 6 cast per sec and 9 chains per cast screens are deleted instant.
