A few people asked me for a POB for build I'm playing. Should note it's not mine (further down).

It's far from optimised, but this is it. I need better charms for crit multi per power charge, unstable infusion, better chest and helmet, better jewels now I don't need as much res and str/dex. For what it is though I run 8 map mod legion in T16 jungle valleys, as many whisps as I can get. I can tank almost anything and the map mods have to be dicey af and a few things have to line up to one shot me. Most of the budget is MB for 150 Div when I got it and maybe another 25 Div for everything else I bought.

It's basically u/Shadzhere build I copied with ball lightning of static. Really good single target, but I felt like doing legion. Needed better clear for that and arc of surging paired with asenath's provides that. Arc of Surging with hydrosphere gives you big DPS on single target, as you basically hit them with x10 arcs instead of one. It's finicky as fuck to pull off sometimes though. Especially if the mob humps your ass and is fast as fuck. I usually put my back to them, hit the hydrosphere and it shotts them behind me to hit the mob. Fun as fuck build and may mess around with penance brand once i hit lvl 100. 98-99 seems easy enough with whisped up legions, 5way carries for 99-100 though.
