You can reach some pretty obscene AoE with the new charms and qualities. is a Path of Exile Assassin build by Soleil06, made for the Affliction league (3.23). You can pretty easily reach above 10 metres Aoe on Ice nova with a combination of the Inc. Area of effect per Power charge charms.
This is a pretty memey build but I did my best to make it playable, even though it cost far more than it plays as. You could get even more AoE by using an enhance instead of a damage link for Ice Nova and being a witch. That would push you over 10 metres aoe.
Hidden beneath that is actually a decent that with Cold Snap of Power. With that much aoe your 5 areas from awakened Spell cascade actually overlap which leads to some very respectable damage output.
