So I decided to try Penance Brand of Dissipation that many people were talking about, and I made my version with 3 spectres (they are rly helpful, they survived in all uber fights and mapping with wisps). And it turned really well, it's amazing mapping and bossing build with insane 2 billion DPS. Can do all Uber Bosses easily if u know mechanics and play carefully (no need to be very careful on bosses where we can skip phases, like exarch and eater, just avoid first hit), also it's very good for sanctum, harvest, blight-ravaged maps. It's not very tanky (no suppression here), but still has some defenses:

• 3k life, 1.1k ES, life and ES leech
• 9k armour + phys reduction from endurance charges and turtle spectre (total 71% phys reduction in POB) + 14% phys taken as cold (flask)
• 144% elemental dmg taken recouped as ES (absorption charges)
• up to 40% chance to avoid all dmg from hits (elusive at max effect)
• immune to freeze and crits, 60% reduced effect of shock, 50% reduced effect of chill
• spectres are our real meat shield and they taunt enemies (10% less dmg taken for us)
• oneshotting/freezing enemies.

Budget: I spent 112 div total, yes it's mid budget in reality of 3.23 (far from min-max, I wanted to make it not very expensive, so more people can follow it). All prices (and many explanations) in POB notes. I recorded all gear purchases and crafting process (rolling clusters mostly) as proof, 9:29 timestamp. PRICES CAN BE MUCH HIGHER AFTER PUBLISHING VIDEO!!! Because of higher demand and low supply of drop-restricted uniques, specific mods, corrupts etc, that's how any market works.
