Finally have the time to get a 1 shot footage of the build.
For those without explode nebulis, you can swap the sceptre to Void bettery (preferably with inc aoe implicit), and taste of hate for Oriath's End or Bottled faith for better single target dps.
Made this build to try my once in a lifetime dream of using an explode nebulis back when i started in heist league, and redeem the bricked BV build i had in heist league.
