This build originally started out as a crackling lance one, but mapping isn't necessarily good with CL.

This is pretty much a standard powercharge stacking setup, but can take quite a punch, especially for an assassin. I used it to mostly clear 38 challenges this league

What this build has and excels at:

- Rocking a solid 8-10m dps

- With pob warrior settings sitting at 25m dps (aka Vaal Arcs Lucky Buff, low life enemy and flasks on)

- Considerable tankiness due to Born in the Shadows, good evade chance, high life recoup, Feast of Flesh and three defensive curses (Enfeeble + Temp chains on hit, Punishment Aura)

- Can exchange Grace for Haste for more agility and smoother gameplay

- Excellent map, legion and expedition clear because Arc coupled with Inpulsa and Rampage

- Ailment immune + Lethe Shade

- Quite cheap to get going

- Easy 65% shock with Vaal Arc

What this build lacks:

- Still an evasion based assassin so sometimes you will combust (cast on death portal to the rescue)

- Probably not uber viable

- Unique-heavy, barely any minmaxing possible, besides corrupts

- We are slow as fuck out of combat

Note: Since it's hard to get these gloves with these exact corrupts, this slot is very flexible. Any of the three rampage gloves can be used here or something entirely different, e.g. to provide more defense with spell suppression. I was lucky to snipe these gloves for about 50c. If all else fails, either a single temp chains or enfeeble corrupt will already be good to have
