PoE builds similar to 3.28 Dominating Blow of Inspiring Guardian T16 Delirious /w Strongboxes

Just wrapping up 40/40 in Affliction SC today, so I figured I'd share and archive my league in case anyone was remotely curious. I opened with a Shield Charge Elementalist at league start (Very good build honestly, I just became disillusioned with not being able to do the league mechanic at T16 and so I was speedfarming T8-T10 Wisps in Strand/Glacier/Cemetery. I found voltaxic burst after testing out spells I haven't played and really liked it. I tried making a build for it, and for the first time I managed to make a build that feels good for T16 clear. So I wanted to share since it's off meta and can handle AN and the current 3.19 changes. I've been taking the league really slow so I haven't run a lot of the end game bosses yet, but it had no issues with Guardians, Searing, Eater, Elder, and mastermind. Here's my take on Zombie Guardian for aHC, but certainly viable in aSC as well. Any tips or criticism welcome, especially on Zombies part. I've leveled similar builds to 100 for 3 leagues now on HC leagues, but with Spectres and Spiders, never Zombies. This time I decided on Zombies. As my playstyle is holding down Shield Charge, Zombies should attack everything without Feeding Frenzy, but if I find that doesn't work, then I need to socket in Feeding Frenzy for them.
