A build that defeats enemies without attacking. Let enemies defeat themselves. 85/74 block using Reckoning with Surrender shield and Riposte with Behead and melee splash for some extra clear. Pretty tanky but in the end you just run and then wait until enemies proc your block, so it works well only in high monster density situations.
